How to book your trip

Please complete the booking form at the back of our brochure and send with a £100 deposit to:

Booking form instructions

• Please try to complete all sections of the form
• Please read the full itinerary and Booking Conditions before completing this form
• If any of the information on the form changes prior to your trip starting date please let us know at your earliest convenience.

By Internet

Please go to the Our destinations section and select your trip. Then click Book me link under dates and costs for the trip, and complete the booking form. Alternatively, you can go to the online booking form, and select the trip and dates manually.

Group Booking

If you wish to make a group booking please give your group a name and submit a booking form for each participant indicating the group name on the form.

Payment Information

A deposit of £100 is required with your booking. The remainder of your trip payment is due 12 weeks before your departure, the date of which will be included on your booking confirmation and deposit receipt. Payments can be made by cheque payable to The Responsible Travellers to the address above, or by direct bank payment.

Privacy & Data Protection

The personal information that you have provided on your booking form will only be used to contact you in relation to your holidays with The Responsible Travellers and its associated partners.

Next Steps

Once we receive your booking form we will send you a confirmation of the trip and your booking. This will include a pre-departure pack that will contain information for your holiday, payment details, kit list and other useful information. After receiving your deposit a receipt of confirmation will be issued to you.
